Yes, you will be able to become a member after signing up as an affiliate.

Usually one can get a prepaid Mastercard or Visa to cover initial dues and monthly fee. Prepaid cards can usually be found at grocery stores, pharmacies, or large department stores. Alternatively, you may send the initial fee and first six monthly payments by money order. Please email us for more information if you decide to send the money order.

Yes, this is a global offer. Depending on where you live, you will receive the $400 back by certified mail as a check, or PayPal, or Western Union. Please note, the amount will be counted in US dollars, so if you live outside the US, the amount may translate different in your countries currency, but it will be the equivelent of $400 US dollars.
